What are we saying? This will be the last month to shop at BookDabbler. Why? Because we will be closing our doors for good in Loehmann’s Plaza at the end of the day on Saturday, May 24th. We thank all of you – our customers and friends for giving us this opportunity to try something new (opening the bookstore), and getting to know Durham through its friendly and supportive people. We have appreciated your business and encouragement, and look forward to seeing you all out and about around Durham. Please continue to support us in May – our last month, by taking advantage of our store-wide sales.

All USED books are only $1.00 each.
This includes thousands of fiction, cookbooks, children’s books, non-fiction.

Don’t forget to use your book credit and gift certificates – this will be your last opportunity.

These are great deals – stock up on summer reading, or collect your favorite author, or read someone new! You could also add to or start a collection for your school or church library.

All Commercial greeting cards (excluding local vendors) are $1.00. Come get them while the selection is good. Get plenty of birthday, anniversary and other cards as well, for when the occasion arises.

All gift items will be AT LEAST 25% off. This includes great Mother’s Day gift ideas like soy and boxed candles, glass paperweights, boxed note cards, journals, book accessories, mugs, magnets and locally made soaps. Get in on these great deals for yourself or someone special.

Need someplace to put all those books you want to buy? Most store fixtures are for sale as well, including bookcases, furniture, knick-knacks, etc.  Check out here for some pictures of the fixtures.
